1. M2Clinic360 and HIPAA Compliance

M2Clinic360 is not a covered entity under HIPAA, nor do we collect, store, or manage Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.

We serve exclusively as a marketing and outreach arm for healthcare providers and organizations that are HIPAA-covered entities. While we are not responsible for compliance enforcement, we deeply respect the sensitivity of healthcare data and commit to supporting secure practices in all marketing-related interactions.

2. What Information We Collect

M2Clinic360 collects only basic contact information from website visitors and prospective clients, such as:

~ M2Clinic360 does not handle EMR/EHR login credentials, clinical files, or protected health records,
~ All HIPAA-related interactions fall under the responsibility and compliance scope of the third-party provider.

4. Business Associate Agreements (BAA)

M2Clinic360 does not require nor issue BAAs, as we are not accessing PHI or acting as a business associate under HIPAA.

If your organization is seeking HIPAA-compliant billing or clinical support, we will refer you to a trusted third-party provider that can enter into a BAA with your clinic or organization as needed.
